Today is day 44 of 100 days we will spend here in Houston post-transplant. Next week will mark halfway! That's a lot of time spent wearing a mask and gloves and waiting on doctors! I don't know how Lorelei does it and still maintains a positive attitude. (Pinterest helps.) One big praise today is that it seems like Lorelei is regaining some control over the right side of her face. She is so very thankful for that. She's even able to sleep without her eye drying out. There's hope she may have a "normal" face by the time her brothers return from Afghanistan!
